How to Read Nutrition Labels

These percentages indicate how much of each nutrient is in one serving and how much you should consume per day based on a 2,000 calorie diet.
Next, look at the Ingredients list. Try to choose products that have whole foods listed as the first ingredients. Avoid items with a long ingredient list that may contain refined grains and added sugars.
